Chattanooga & Macon with Gramie and Bapa

Will just returned home from a two-week conference in Colorado. The boys and I suffered through the first week alone. Many tears were shed - mostly mine. Thankfully, my folks drove down from Chicago to help for the second week of Will's absence. We met them in Chattanooga for a weekend of fun before returning to Macon. (We met in Chattanooga in August of 2007, too. We had such a super time then, we decided to do it again -- despite the heat!!!)

It would be an understatement to say that Gramie and Bapa were a great help to me and the boys. Thanks, Mom and Dad, for everything. We had tons of fun with you guys and we miss you tremendously.

It wouldn't be a real Williams Family get-together without multiple cameras flashing. I have over 1500 pictures (literally) from this past week. It has been a difficult task to reduce this number to presentations you might want to view!

Link to pictures from the Tennessee Valley Railroad Museum. Fabulous. We will never tire of this great "museum." The train ride is tops, the people are nice, the conductor humored Alex as Alex yelled "all aboard!" four different times, and Evan really enjoyed the display cars.

Link to pictures from Chuck E Cheese in Chattanooga, where we spent THREE hours one night! Who knew this place would be so fun?

Link to pictures from the Incline Railway, Hotel Pool, and Macon.

Link to pictures from our time in Macon, including an early birthday celebration for Alex, un-birthday presents for Evan, a visit to the Museum of Aviation in Warner Robins, and lots of time on the trampoline!
Link to pictures from the last day Mom and Dad were in Macon.
