Evan's class enjoyed a week-long celebration in honor of Dr. Seuss' birthday on March 2nd. Highlights included homemade HATS on Tuesday and Green Eggs & Ham for a snack on Thursday!
Evan explained to me in a very grown-up way that the eggs tasted exactly the same as regular eggs, and he loved them. In fact, he was incredulous that anyone would not like Green Eggs & Ham!
