Alex slept through the night in his big boy bed!!! Eleven hours. Fantastic! The night prior did not go so well, so we hope this is progress. Updates to follow in the next several days!
Friday 7/11 update: Alex took two naps in his crib yesterday, as it is too difficult to stay in a fire-truck bed when it is light outside! (His books and toys are too tempting.) Last night, he went straight to bed in the big boy bed and slept for 10 hours. We are really proud of him! I wanted to sneak in to take a picture, but figured it wasn't worth waking him up. Maybe I'll try tonight!
Saturday 7/12 update: Another night in the big-boy bed. (To clarify -- Alex's "big boy bed" is really the same size as the crib, but it is in a fire truck that he can climb in and out of... although the last two mornings, he waits in the truck for us to come into his room. Then he gets down.)
